Are you ready for a changing climate?

Join us for news and views on thriving in a challenging climate.

Climate change is with us and we know that it will bring more of the severe weather we experience today, more frequently.

Governments, businesses and individuals need to work together to prepare for and manage the challenges that it will bring to the UK and the world. For the climate savvy, that means making the right decisions about the impacts of weather and climate change today to safeguard success tomorrow.

This conference will explore how ‘UK plc’ is responding to today’s severe weather and preparing for climate change, beginning with the need to plan ahead for environmental as well economic change; the challenges and opportunities this presents; and the action already being taken across different sectors.

The event is being hosted by the UK Met Office — widely recognised as the best weather and climate service in the world. It’s being delivered in partnership with the business community and Cabinet Office, and is supported by Civil Service World, the newspaper for senior civil servants.

Come and join our big conversation. Can you afford not to?
